Let's roll and connect!
Join Equip and Sandstone Care on December 14 at 10AM- 1145AM at One Way Martial Arts in trying something new (or revisiting!), connect with your peers, and experience the art of Jiu Jitsu together!
Whether you're a first timer or seasoned grappler, everyone is welcome on the mat!
Come dressed in comfortable athletic attire if you plan to participate, and don't forget your business cards and brochures to share with other clinicians and those in similar fields. Feel free to invite your colleague as well!
Light refreshments will be provided and we'll even have a massage therapist on site!
Instructor: Coach Gio- IBJJF Pan American Champion, American National Champion, and multiple-time IBJJF World medalist.
If you're not ready to hit the mat, no problem! Jiujitsu participation is completely optional. Feel free to come mingle, network, and enjoy the company of your peers.
