Let’s Move Walking Group!

Join us Monday and Wednesday mornings for a free walking group with MoveCamp at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre.

This free program caters to Moms and parents on paternity leave as well as our morning weekday community. Come move your body, and meet some new friends.

• Water bottle
• Walking shoes
• Little ones
• Stroller friends
• Invite your co-workers, family and best friends to move with you!

Open to the public. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

The walking group will meet at the centre court where the couches and circular carpets can be found. Participants may leave their jackets at guest services if they wish, no bags please. The group will meet and gather post walk at centre court again. Hang outs with coffee, teas or green juices post walk are encouraged!

At MoveCamp we are dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives.

Since 2015 MoveCamp has been offering free fitness activities at Canadian landmarks such as Parliament Hill, Ottawa City Hall, Toronto City Hall, and Montreal’s Rutherford Field at McGill University.
