Let's Move: Part 1 — Move With Intention (Aug 1st | 9:30–11:00 AM)
We are excited to continue our Spring Into Summer Workshop Series with a heart-led movement experience led by Miss Sheena Black.
This workshop is designed to help you feel more grounded and confident in your body through practical tools for body awareness, placement, and movement control. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, you'll leave with takeaways you can apply immediately in salsa, bachata, and everyday movement.
