Join us for a journey Into style and comfort at our Quilted Jacket Class. It will offer a comprehensive, hands-on course designed for those who wish to fuse warmth and style with the timeless tradition of quilting. Whether you’re an experienced quilter or a confident beginner, this class invites you to discover the beauty of quilted garments, master new techniques, and craft a jacket that is uniquely yours.
You will be guided from concept to finished piece. Encompassing the fundamentals of quilting and garment construction, the course provides a great blend of practical skill-building and creative freedom. Participants will explore every aspect of making a very unique quilted jacket...and the best part is the secret trick that will make it easy for everyone!
Upon registration, participants will be given a supply list. For this particular jacket you may use a quilt you already have that you don’t mind cutting up or you can make the blocks you need to construct a one of a kind garment.
This class includes three sessions.... Sunday, October 19th at 1 pm Saturday (Design session), Nov 1st from 1-5 and Sunday, Nov 9th from 1 - 5. Depending on the jacket design you choose there may be some homework in between these classes. The class fee includes all three sessions.
