April 27 at 10:30 AM, Ogden Seeker Gathering is heading outdoors! We’ll meet at Rainbow Gardens in Ogden to hike the beautiful Birdsong Trail—a 4 km loop that’s easy and full of springtime beauty. During part of the hike, we’ll practice a walking meditation, slowing down to breathe deeply, reflect, and connect with the sacred in nature.
All ages are welcome! Bring your hiking shoes, water, and a heart open to the beauty around you. Dogs are welcome too (on leash).
Come walk with us—move your body, ground your spirit, and enjoy time in community.
