as most of you know our friend Bree Anderson has found out she has cancer. She is being treated in Tacoma and is currently going through chemotherapy. She has had alot of medical problems along the way. including a massive blood clot and infection, keeping her in the hospital. she has been forced to quit her job and her husband ken is working every day and then driving to Tacoma after work to be by her side in the hospital. bree is our auxiliary president as well as our cooties president. she has devoted so much time to the VFW. She is a wonderful wife, mother, and above all friend. The bills are starting to come in now and they need help. on Sept 27th at 5pm we will be having a spaghetti dinner and bake sale to help lighten the burden. the event will be $10 and tickets will be on sale at the VFW as of Aug 1st. if you can't be there please stop by and put something in the donation jar located In the canteen. 100% of all money raised will go to Bree and her family to lighten the load.
