Our phones are always with us. Conversations can feel harder. Being present can be a challenge. And sometimes it’s difficult to know where we end and the online world begins.
Let’s Go Live helps teens and adults reshape their relationship with technology—not by taking phones away, but by building the skills and confidence to use technology without letting it get in the way of real life and real connection.
Through four experiential workshops, we explore the Core 4:
IDENTITY — Who are you beyond your online self?
CONNECTION — How do we talk, listen and truly connect?
BELONGING — How do we find our people without losing ourselves?
REGULATION — How do we stay in control of our technology instead of letting it control us?
This isn’t adults telling young people what to do. It’s teens and adults exploring the challenge together.
