It's time to get Ballarat on the map for being a healthy and fit community. For 21 days, we're asking the Ballarat community to get involved, schools, individuals, workplaces - in fact everyone. All you need to do is register your details, and for 21 days, do 75 moves each day. You can walk, run, squat, play sports, all you need to do is 75 moves. You then register these moves on your Million Moves page, and once finished, all the data is used for national research into helping our communities become more active and healthy. Plus, there are lots of prizes for workplaces, individuals and schools. You don't have to be a member of a gym, but our gym is offering 21 days free to those who register with our team.
