Why you should schedule this session:
You feel uncomfortable in a pose
You want to see if you're "doing it right"
You can't quite follow a particular transition
You want to work on an advanced posture you don't have time to perfect in class
You can't quite figure out the entrance to a pose
You have pain in a particular pose and don't know why
You want to refine and check alignment
You are or feel tight and would like to be more flexible
You must sign up 48 hours in advance to attend, space is limited. As soon as you sign up, email Kelley: [email protected] with your specific needs. She may have a few questions for you too. This is to make sure you get the most of your session.
