Let's Explore the Canal by Paddleboard - Bootle

About this Event

Fancy exploring the local canal by Paddleboard? Join our qualified instructor for a couple of trips along the green heart of the town.

The first week you will receive basic instruction on how to paddle your Paddleboard. Then the two following weeks will be an hours exploration journey of the canal. No experience needed and all equipment is provided (you're welcome to bring your own sup).

• You will need to attend the first week to be able to book on the subsequent weeks.
• You may get wet due to the nature of the craft, please bring a change of clothes just in case.
• Shoes must be worn (wetshoes or old trainers are suitable).
• You will be provided with all safety equipment needed and you must wear it as directed by the instructor.
• The ability to swim is helpful but water confidence is more important as bouyancy aids will be used.
• Children over 7 years are welcome provided they are accompanied by their responsible adult.
• This is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled if the conditions are not suitable.

Please book one time slot per person. Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot. These sessions are suitable for adults and children aged seven years old and above, providing an introduction to paddling in a safe and enjoyable manner. Explore our stunning waterways while learning about their history and encountering incredible wildlife along the way.

Parents and guardians must accompany their children on this paddle. Walk-ins will not be accepted. If you are unable to attend, kindly cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or contact us to allow others to participate. All Equipment will be provided.
