Location
Fish Creek United Church | Calgary, AB
This month's Wellness meetup for YYC teen girls is all about hanging out and connecting.
About this Event
Food can be a great connector. It brings people together to talk, celebrate, discuss, and bond.
Teen girls are exposed to many messages around food and self-image. This can create complicated relationships to food and eating behaviours. For this month's wellness meetup we want to promote healthy lifestyles, healthy choices, and encourage teen's to take responsibility for their well-being by listening into their bodies.
