Join me for my upcoming class where you’ll learn how to make simple, delicious, and healing plant-based meals that fuel your body and your life. Come hungry for flavor, fun, and new skills you can use every day.
The classes in this series will bring into focus the undeniable connection between diet and cancer risk. Based on the Physicians Committee’s groundbreaking Cancer Project curriculum, the classes will focus on the role of different foods and nutrients in either promoting or discouraging the growth of different cancers, including breast cancer.
Each class features a cooking demonstration of delicious, health-promoting dishes, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home.
