Initial deposit of $250 (land-only deposit: $150) is due by July 28th, 2024. Please note: The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final Payment will be due February 28th, 2025.

Payment Plans can be arranged. Subsequent payments will be made via our secure online payment portal. The payment link and an individual invoice will be given once the initial deposit has been made on a monthly or bi-weekly basis.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be purchased via this .

We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance. However, travel insurance is optional for clients. Clients are responsible for deciding whether to accept or decline travel insurance at the time of purchasing their package. Insurance can be acquired with the package and is open for addition within 10 days of the tour package purchase. For further details on insurance options, please reach out to us.

*No refunds for events not attended due to flight delays, late attendance or non-participation.

**Late fees of $25 will be assessed for any payment not paid within 15 day grace period.

*Prices are based on costs, tariffs, taxes, charges, levies and rates at the time of booking. Increases of any of these costs or charges may result in an increase in the price of your vacation package.

*Missed payments of one or more payments as scheduled and your spot will be automatically canceled and the following cancellation penalty will apply.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation schedule fee below.

What's Not Included:

• Optional activities/events

• Expenditure of personal nature, such as meals, drinks, souvenirs etc.

• Meals and tours not mentioned

• Tips to driver, guide, hotel and restaurant staff

• Travel Insurance

• Whining/Complaining/Bad Vibes... Pls leave all of that at home. :)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Monthly installment payments will be enforced and a late fee of $25 will be added for payments not paid within 15 days of due date.

50% of the trip must be paid by Dec 1st. If not, your travel package will run the risk of automatically being canceled. And is non-refundable.

30 days prior to the trip will be considered 100% non-refundable.
