About this Event

This year we remember the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and continue our commitment to honoring all of those who graciously paid the ultimate sacrifice 20 years ago, and who have continued to do in our first responder and military communities since. The Inaugural Let Us Do Good Ball will be held in honor of fallen Delaware State Police Corporal Stephen Ballard, who was killed in the line of duty in 2017. Tickets to attend are $100. Please note that ticket sales are ONLINE ONLY - there will be NO ticket sales at the door as space will be limited!

Fort Miles Museum is located in a spot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, so expect spectacular views! The event is being catered by Mission BBQ, with hors d’oeuvres and other food selections from their Black-Tie Menu. Complementary non-alcoholic beverages will be available, in addition to a cash bar. We will also have live music and dancing, with a dance floor overlooking the ocean. You will also find a silent auction with various items donated from local businesses to bid on. Volunteers from Fort Miles will also be on hand to provide tours to guests of this historical site. A presentation is also planned during the evening that will honor our first responders and military service members, as well as recognize those who have been lost in the line of duty. Keep checking back for updates as they become available!
