That’s why Honor Wellness and Align with Aleah are coming together for a cozy, grounding Cacao Ceremony + Restorative Yoga Experience — a space to breathe, reset, and step into the holiday with more intention and ease.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, followed by gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and deeply restorative yoga. No experience necessary — just come as you are.
