About this Event

This event is a children's torchlight parade. Children between the ages of 6 and 14 will ski down the mountain in formation holding glowing LED light batons. This is your chance to participate in a torchlight parade without the fire! The parade is followed by the Coca Cola Fireworks Show!

Registration is open to a limted number of kids. While you will sign up online, you MUST CHECK IN between 8am and 4pm on February 19th at the Activity Center to participate. They will verify your information and give you a participant bracelet. If you do not check in by 4pm, your spot will be given to the next person in line.

Parents – please read carefully before signing up your child.

Children MUST be intermediate or better skiers. They will be skiing down in the dark on terrain that has not been groomed since the morning. It could be cut up and chunder snow!

Adults can ski down with their kids or with their own lights but will not recieve "torches"  You will need to sign a release to ski in the parade. Just sign up online as a parent, there is no charge.

Stop by the Activity Center between 8am and 4pm to verify your registration. You will get a participant bracelet at that time and instructions for our parade meeting place.

Between 5:00 and 5:30 pm head over to the tent by the Clock Tower to show your bracelet to get your torch.  At 5:30 Ski Patrol will be at the tent for a safety meeting and to go over the rules.  You need to be there for the meeting and then be ready to load the lift as soon as the meeting is over.

The parade will start at 6pm and the fireworks will start immediately following the parade.

Everyone can keep their torch following the parade.
