Let It Flow, Let It Go is a wellness experience created to offer a pause.
A space to step away from the noise, slow down, and reconnect with your mind, body, and breath.
Through guided reflection, breathwork, gentle yoga, and deep relaxation, you'll be invited to release stress, create space for what matters most, and leave feeling more grounded, present, and restored.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving a moment for yourself, this experience is an opportunity to reset and reconnect.
What to Expect
✦ Guided Reflection
Take time to slow down, check in with yourself, and explore thoughtful journal prompts designed to encourage self-awareness and clarity.
✦ Breathwork
Simple yet powerful breathing practices to calm the nervous system, reduce mental clutter, and help you arrive fully in the present moment.
✦ Gentle Yoga Flow
A beginner-friendly movement practice focused on releasing tension, creating space in the body, and reconnecting with yourself through mindful movement.
✦ Deep Relaxation
Close the experience with a guided relaxation designed to support rest, integration, and nervous system recovery.
✦ Light Refreshments
Enjoy light refreshments following the workshop.

No prior yoga experience is required.

About the Host
Shanice Frith is a certified yoga teacher and the founder of Becoming Serenity.
After years of leading high-performing teams in the corporate world, Shanice created Becoming Serenity to help people reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, and intentional living.
Her approach combines yoga, reflection, and nervous system support to create experiences that leave participants feeling grounded, restored, and empowered.
Space is limited and registration is required.
