Before Christmas arrives, give yourself an evening to pause… to breathe… to release everything you’ve been carrying throughout the year.

Join Marta, a trauma-informed Breathwork & Sound Healing Facilitator and founder of Healthy Habits by Marta, for a deeply relaxing 90-minute journey combining conscious breathing and restorative sound bath vibrations.

This intimate session is designed to help you:

✨ Release emotional and physical tension

✨ Find grounding during the holiday season

✨ Reconnect with your body, heart, and breath

✨ Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and at peace

Only 12 spots available — this small group ensures a cozy, safe, and personalized experience.

This session will take place in a private home in a warm, cozy basement studio in Georgetown:

You will receive detailed instructions for how to enter the alley and access the space after registration.

• Yoga mat

• Soft blanket

• Small pillow for comfort

• Eye mask or scarf (optional but recommended)

• Water bottle

• Journal + pen

(You may bring your own, but Marta will have a few extra mats and blankets if needed.)
