The Return Of A Long-Running Workshop Series.
First launched in 2015, Lessons From HQ was created to share the ideas, concepts, and training experiences developed through direct connection with Systema HQ and the international Systema community.
Over the years, these workshops have provided a rare and insightful connection to the evolving training methods, concepts, and atmosphere of HQ — bringing that experience directly to local practitioners.
After several years on hold, the series returns in 2026.
H2H Tactics Chief Instructor David returns from an intensive training trip to Toronto HQ, including participation in Vladimir Vasiliev’s internationally recognised Beyond The Strike seminar and multiple additional training events.
Lessons From HQ 2026 offers a snapshot of that experience — sharing key ideas, concepts, and lessons drawn directly from the training environment and brought back through David's perspective.
Open to both experienced practitioners and complete newcomers, this workshop is for anyone looking to explore practical training, movement, adaptability, and performance under pressure.
No ego. Just honest training and lessons brought back directly from HQ.
