Les Tigresses - Girls Wrestling Sessions

Welcome to our Girls Wrestling Program!
This six-session series is all about having fun, building confidence, and creating a strong sense of belonging. Whether you're brand new to the sport or just curious to try something new, this program offers a supportive space to move, play, and connect with others. Through games, skill-building activities, and lots of encouragement, participants will discover their strength, make new friends, and leave each session feeling proud and empowered. Just bring your energy and an open mind!

All participants and coaches will be female!

Sessions will run Sundays from 2-3:30pm on the following dates:

• November 16
• November 23
• November 30
• December 7
• December 14
