The Vieux Carré, the oldest neighborhood of New Orleansm, is the center of the stories of the courageous, innovative and intriguing women who shaped New Orleans.

On this Special Mother's Day Tour, your Save Our Cemeteries Guide will lead you to:

· Discover some of the many successful Free Women of Color entrepreneurs

· Explore Marie Laveau, the alleged Voudou Queen of New Orleans

· Understand the courageous efforts of the society women who saved the French Quarter from destruction
