Please observe the following important information:

• Specific event timings will be released 1 week before each concert. Please remain available to attend around 1 hour before doors open. In most venues, this will be around 18:00/6pm.

• You will require a standard ticket before purchasing your VIP experience. If you do not have a standard entry ticket, you may be refused entry.
