Leo Middea is coming to BIRD on March 24, and trust us, you want to be there. This Brazilian musician, who’s originally from Rio de Janeiro but now calls Barcelona home, has been creating his own lane in the music world for over 10 years. He blends Brazilian traditions with sounds from all over the globe, and the result is truly one of a kind.
With five albums under his belt, including Vicentina (2020) and Gente (2023), Leo has racked up over 10 million Spotify streams and performed more than 300 shows in 16 countries. He’s just getting started, though, in 2024, he made history as the first Brazilian to reach the finals of Festival da Canção in Portugal, finishing second!
On March 24, Leo is bringing his new music to BIRD, and it’s going to be a night of exploration. Expect a show that bends genres and mixes cultural influences, with songs recorded live from all corners of the world.
