PLEASE NOTE: This Event is a three day event from Tuesday 9am-4pm, Wednesday 9am-4pm and Thursday 9am-4pm.

For nurses and midwives ready to lead an empowered organisation, the LEO (Leading an Empowered Organisation) Leadership Programme, brand new to the RCSI Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, is launching in September, 2026.

LEO is a three-day, internationally recognised leadership programme designed by healthcare professionals for healthcare professionals, which will be offered monthly from Sept 2026 until May 2027.

LEO (Leading an Empowered Organisation) Programme – Key Information
