?Leo full moons are great for reconnecting with the heart and loved ones. A time to focus on strengthening our love relationships, including our relationship with ourselves and how we can bring in more self love into our lives ♥️

?Utilizing this fire Leo energy you will receive an energetic cord cutting to release any outdated ways of thinking that have been holding you back, to step outside of fear and into courage and self-love. This will assist you to build more long-term self love and freedom.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat (we have ones to borrow if you need them!)
• Yoga mat/pillow - anything to make laying down for meditation more comfortable for you
• Blanket to cover your body during meditation
• Comfortable clothing to move and rest in, socks or a sweater to keep cozy
• Eye cover/ cloth to cover your eyes
• Writing supplies (pen/pencil), journal, paper
• A favourite crystal to charge / hold onto (optional)
• Water Bottle

About the Facilitators:

Lindsey, The Offering: "Without the darkness, there would be no light" Lindsey is an artist, alchemist, and creator specializing in transformational guided meditations utilizing the sacred sounds of her high-frequency crystal sound bowls. Her expertise in energy and sound healing helps clients relax, restore, heal and reconnect with their internal guidance.

Ami (NirvanAmi Yoga & Wellness): Ami Kaur (NirvanAmi Yoga & Wellness) is a yoga, meditation and wellness practitioner on a mission to help provide relaxation and healing to her students. She is a sound ceremonialist and combines chanting and medicine songs with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other musical instruments to lead her clients into a deep state of relaxation and help activate the parasympathetic nervous system. She is also a Reiki Master and specializes in energy healing to clear blockages and stagnant chi/prana/energy. She teaches Yoga and Pranayama (breathing exercises) practicing all 8 limbs of yoga (vs only the Asanas).
