Lenten Prayer Workshop

This Lenten prayer workshop will be an opportunity to dive deeper into learning about different forms of mental prayer within Catholic tradition, including meditation. This workshop will include the holy sacrifice of the Mass, talks, discussion and a holy hour.

The topics of the talks will dive into the practicals for implenting mental prayer and present insights and obstacles to prayer. Talks will be presented by Father Andrew Burns. After this workshop, you'll be equipped to begin a life of mental prayer with the Lord to grow in intimacy with Jesus Christ.

Check in will begin at 7:45 to 8am and will continue from 8:50-9:10am at the Meehan Room where the talks will take place.

Mass will be at 8:15am at the cathedral.

A light continental breakfast and snacks will be available throughout the workshop.

Please remember to bring a notebook, a Bible and an open heart.
