Lenten Bible Study
Every Thursday from 1-2 p.m. during the season of Lent
February 12th – April 2nd

We will be using this free television video series as a basis for our 8 session Bible study on the life of Jesus as described in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. This is an excellent series that is very well done and informative. It shows the life and ministry of Jesus in ways that will allow you to much better understand the culture and setting of his time, which then leads to a much deeper and richer understanding of Jesus’ mission and meaning in your own life.
Each week participants will watch an episode on your own before our scheduled meetings. During our time together, we will discuss what we watched and look at relevant Bible stories and readings that pertain to the episode. Having a fun and informative discussion of all of this will be the main goal of our times together. Plan to be enriched by all that we discover as we share our perspectives and learn from the Bible and each other. For those participating, please watch season two, episode one before our first meeting on February 12th.
