Lemonade Day is a free, community-wide program that teaches kids valuable lessons in financial literacy, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship. By participating, children gain hands-on experience in starting, owning, and operating their own lemonade stand business. 💼
If you're a kid who wants to participate, registration is easy! Sign up and get your free backpack at any area Cadence Bank Branch, Cafe Boba Tea, or Boba Xpres. You can also register online at https://lemonadeday.org/shreveport-bossier-city. 📝
Once you've registered, don't forget to "Brand Your Stand" on the Lemonade Day website and put it on the official map. This way, the community can easily find and support your business on May 18th. 🗺️
Speaking of community support, we encourage everyone to get out there on Lemonade Day and buy some delicious lemonade from our young entrepreneurs! If you snap any pictures at the stands (with permission from stand owners and their parents), be sure to share them using the hashtag #LemonadeDayShreveportBossierCity. 📸
