It was yet another wonderful class in January, thanks to everyone who came and everyone who helped get word out.Here's the next one :-) Sunday morning presence, connection and movement adventure. All very welocme.
5Rhythms is Soul food for your inner-raver and your inner-Buddha. A simple dynamic movement meditation that enables us to embody every aspect of ourselves. It's dead simple: we dance our own dance. You really can't get it wrong.

The class is offered by Chris Boylan. He started dancing 5Rhythms at the turn of the century and went on to train with Gabrielle Roth, the originator of 5Rhythms, back in 2007-2008. Since then he has taught thousands of classes and workshops mainly in the North of England. He also has a history of teaching in Leicester, his home town, going back to 2009. He is accredited in the Waves and Heartbeat 5Rhythms maps. A machinist by trade he brings a practical, no fluff approach to the practice. Through living many misspent youths his life has had a great soundtrack and he loves sharing it to support our movement.
Rates are a sliding scale from £20-£6.

Please bring a water bottle and wear loose comfortable clothes. Barefoot works best.
We're moving in Studio 3 at the International Arts Centre. The building is a bit of a maze but the studio will be well signposted. Abbey Street car park is directly opposite; it is a lot cheaper if you pay via the ParkPass app.
