Join us on Friday, March 14, 2025, for a special Leibarbeit workshop, enriched by the power of live music, as we embrace the energy of the Full Blood Moon. 🌙

Rooted in psychology, spirituality, and the Zen tradition, Leibarbeit is a mindful approach to reconnecting with the wholeness of your being ~ body, emotions & soul. Through guided movement, breath & mindful touch, you’ll explore a deep sense of presence and inner awareness.

Accompanied by the live sounds of Mûkho & Philipp Phildius, the evening will flow between silence, movement, and resonance ~ creating a space where body and sound meet, shaping a truly immersive experience.
