In just one hour, guests will see firsthand how the college is training the next generation of technicians in automation, robotics, mechatronics, and industrial systems—skills that are critical to strengthening our region’s workforce pipeline.Through a showcase of LCCC’s state-of-the-art labs and innovative mobile training units, business leaders will gain insight into how the college partners with employers to prepare students and upskill employees for high-demand careers in manufacturing. You’ll also learn about apprenticeship opportunities and workforce development initiatives that connect classroom training to real-world business needs.
