On Friday, June 19th, I’ll be hosting a fun, hands-on LEGO® Serious Play® Taster Session at the Blount Partnership in Maryville.
Now before you think, “Wait… LEGO bricks?” 😊 — this is a powerful leadership and team development method used by organizations around the world to help people think differently, communicate better, solve problems, and unlock new ideas.
This session is perfect for leaders, HR professionals, business owners, team members, or anyone curious about a fresh way to think and collaborate.

LEGO Serious Play Building Experience
Info: One of the most powerful parts of LEGO® Serious Play® is the opportunity to learn through both individual and team builds.
During the session, you’ll create individual models that represent your ideas, challenges, strengths, or perspectives — helping uncover thoughts that often stay hidden in traditional discussions. Then, through team builds, participants combine ideas to create shared solutions, revealing how different viewpoints, communication styles, and strengths come together to solve problems.
What’s fascinating is what we learn along the way: how people think, how teams collaborate, where gaps exist, what gets in the way of success, and how stronger alignment and trust can be built. Often, the biggest “aha moments” come from simply hearing the story behind someone else’s build.
