Join Ms. Daneels, Ms. Laimins, Mr. Healy, and Mr. Arnold to learn about how the government simulation that began in West Chicago 30 years ago, now known as the Legislative Semester, has spread to 21 schools in 6 states. A new non-profit organization is supporting expansion, so that students everywhere can learn about how our government works, develop skills for civil dialogue, learn about issues from a broad range of perspectives, and find their voice as community members and voters. If you are an alumni, join us to share your memories of the simulation and reconnect with former teachers and classmates.
