Legislative Liaison: A Lawyer's View of the Law as it is Being Made

Most lawyers work with laws after they have been enacted and as they are being enforced. A Legislative Liaison works on ideas that may become future laws. What is the role of the state court system‘s Legislative Liaison? This presentation will address the responsibilities of the Legislative Liaison, along with general information about the workings of the Legislature.
