What are people typically engaged in during their 80s if they continue to live? Can we envision ourselves in our 80s? Did you know that Madame Suzelle Poole, an 82-year-young ballet dancer, poet, and educator, is still gracefully performing on pointe?

The ACP June Educational Forum proudly presents the internationally acclaimed Madame Suzelle Poole, an 82-year-young ballet dancer, poet, and educator. She will grace our community with her presence and share her experiences in ballet and education. We strongly encourage every one with a passion for dance, particularly ballet, to attend and listen to her captivating life story and her remarkable achievements. Madame Poole has served as an immense inspiration to countless individuals worldwide.

Suezelle Poole was born in 1940 and lived in London during WWII. She has been a professional Ballet Soloist and teacher in Classical Ballet in Toronto, Montreal, Houston, London, Glasgow, Munster, Stuttgart, Cape Town and Dallas. She has written many beautiful poems and authored four books. They are currently available on Amazon.com.

Madame Poole has been recognized worldwide through her feature on BBC III Internet "Amazing Humans". Her interview and performance received millions of views. She was spotlighted by FOX 4 News' Clarice Tinsley's Hometown Hero Program on September 11, 2017. On September 21, she was chosen by the Rockettes as 'Dancer of the Week'. She has also been featured by TEDX Talk, NBC, CBS, the Washington Post, etc.

Join us on Saturday, June 24th, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM CST at Discovery Montessori, located at 9105 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75025.

Members can attend for $5, while non-members can attend for $10. Students and children under 18: FREE. All proceeds go to educational events sponsored by ACP，which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization registered in the state of Texas.
