UNOTheatre's Summer Musical Theatre Academy returns with a production of Legally Blonde: The Musical, featuring area high school students. Entering its third season, the cast and crew are made up of 45 students from 13 highs schools from the Omaha, Ralston, Westside, Millard, Blair, and Fremont school districts. Working with Broadway professionals and UNO faculty, the students are trained in all aspects of the production like acting, scene shop, costume, stage management and makeup.
The production will end with a performance at the Gene Leahy Mall Pavilion on Monday, July 8, at 8:30 PM.
