Landlord and Tenant Disputes Workshop

Join us for an informative workshop on common landlord and tenant issues under Alberta’s Residential Tenancies Act. The session will cover tenancy agreements, security deposits, inspection reports, landlord entry, rent increases, subletting, substantial breaches, domestic violence protections, and options for resolving disputes through the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service.

Participants will gain practical information about their rights and responsibilities as renters and learn what steps may be available when a dispute arises.

The workshop will be facilitated by Laura Onia, a lawyer with Miles Davison LLP.
