About: 2024-2026 Mandatory Core Class This new Core course will focus on Jurisdiction, Transaction Brokerage, Funds, Compensation, Trust Monies, and Investigations. 4 HRS CE

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.

Cost: Total tuition is $35 for WCR Upstate Members and $60.00 for all Non-Members which includes all course materials and is payable before the class date. Above fees do not apply to designation/certification courses or specialty courses.

Enrollment Agreement

(1) Provider: I Love Real Estate Academy, 812 W Wade Hampton Blvd, Ste B. Greer, SC 29650. Instructor: Nicky Jackson #1269. Student: will provide the following: full legal name, address, phone number and real estate license number.

(3) Tuition and methods of payment: WCR Members $35| Non-Members $60 payment made online through Eventbrite. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.

(4) Provider’s policy for cancellation of scheduled courses: If any scheduled course is cancelled by the provider it will be rescheduled promptly. If any of the students are unable to make the new date a refund will be issued to those students.

(5) Student must complete all in class activities as well as be present in the class for the entire four (4) hour class session.

(6) Total hours of attendance required: 4 hours

(7) Scheduled meeting time, dates, and location of course: 3/28/25, from 9am-1pm at Southern1st Bank, 6 Verdae Blvd. Greenville, SC 29607.

(8) Make-up policies for absences and for retaking a failed examination: N/A

(9) Admission policy: Student must complete payment and provide all required information to be admitted into the class.
