Designed for existing business owners, this workshop covers the key legal considerations needed to protect and grow your business. Topics include business structure review, contracts, intellectual property, licenses and permits, liability protection and compliance with regulations.

Facilitator: Benjamin Martin

Attorney Benjamin Martin is a Business Consultant for the Small Business Development Center. He conducts workshops and one on one counseling sessions to help small businesses succeed. His private practice supports start-ups and small businesses. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern University Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Cal State Univ. Los Angeles.
