Join us for a 9 mile walk along the canal to Beeston Lock and back into Nottingham city following the Trent.
Meet at the Left Lion at 8.25am ready to leave at 8.30am.
We can grab a cuppa and a toilet break at Beeston Lock (I can highly recommend a Beeston Brownie), relax for about 20 mins and then back towards the city.
Speed approx 3 miles per hour.
April is bowel cancer awareness month so the aim is to spread awareness of symptoms, encourage people to consult their GP and to raise much needed funds for Bowel Cancer UK's research.
