Taste some diverse dairy delights as we go from the rolling pastures of the Netherlands to the tasy traditions of Germany to the rugged, wintry terroir of Scandinavia, we’re bringing you the most incredible flavours the North has to offer.
This will be a night of big wheel personalities and unexpected profiles - with the usual H2F fun and nonsense. No snobbery, no lectures—just world-class cheese, a room full of like-minded foodies, and our legendary 3-2-1-CHEESE! experience.
