Soaring energy costs, inflation and interest rates continue to have a massive impact on business and the economy but recruitment and retention of staff remains the number one challenge for employers across all sectors. And, while inflation is set to fall in coming months, according to the Bank of England, labour shortages remain the biggest threat to bringing inflation under control.

Join us at Leeds City College for the launch of the Leeds Manufacturing Festival 2023, which aims to raise the profile of the city’s manufacturing sector and promote the wide range and depth of opportunities that careers in manufacturing offer.
