Join us for an engaging evening as Professor Lindsey Cormack shares her latest research on congressional podcast adoption and what it reveals about the changing nature of American politics.

Drawing on real-world examples, Professor Cormack will examine how legislators use podcasts to redefine representation, communicate directly with constituents, and potentially deepen—or bridge—partisan divides. She’ll explore how this fast-growing medium is transforming political communication and the relationship between elected officials and the people they serve.

Lindsey Cormack is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Stevens Institute of Technology, the creator of DCinbox, and the host of the show Government That Doesn’t Suck. She is the author of How to Raise a Citizen (And Why It’s Up to You to Do It) and is regularly published in academic and popular outlets.
