This lecture takes a deep dive into the legal and historical precedent for rewriting the rules of American democracy.

Nick Maggio is currently clerking for a federal judge in New York, where he handles complex civil litigation and drafts rulings on major legal issues. Previously, he worked as a prosecutor at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, managing felony cases. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the law review and has published articles on constitutional law and presidential immunity.
