Professor Spielman will explore how dentistry evolved—and how it shaped history along the way.

Professor Andrew Spielman has been a faculty member at NYU College of Dentistry for over three decades, where he teaches courses on the history of dentistry and medicine. A published author and former Associate Dean, he is recognized as a leading expert in the field and currently serves as President of the American Academy of the History of Dentistry.
