Learn how German immigrants and their descendants impacted the built environment in St. Louis. The talk will look at buildings and architects from 1840 through the early 20th century. Included in the talk will be better-known architects, like Edmund Jungenfeld, Otto Wilhelmi, and Ernst C. Janssen, as well as lesser-known architects, like Henry E. Peipers, Louis Kledus, and Franz Saler.
