Join us Nov. 16th for a lecture event by distinguished professor Dr. Jonathan Nelson on "Formation as Providence: The Promise, the Process, and the Perils" featuring Dr. Stephen Muir, our Associate Professor of Mathematics.
Dr. Jonathan Nelson has taught philosophy at the University of Providence since 2017. He has recently been studying a philosophical movement developed in late antiquity known today as Neoplatonism. For better or worse, he actually believes that teaching is or ought to be a participation with divine providence in the activity of bringing people to completion.
This lecture will be held in the University Center, Conference Center Room A.
