Are you headed to college, leaving on a mission, or striking out on your own? Learn important skills, such as understanding violence and attackers, settingboundaries, de-escalating violence, awareness
exercises, physical self-defense skills, and others, to keep you safe and living your life with confidence. There will be separate course for the males and females because the types of violence they each will likely encounter will be different and will have differing skill sets that need to be discussed and developed.
Mondays June 1 through July 6, 2026
