Well...I know I've thrown a lot of parties. Said good-bye, Happy 21st, lol welcome back etc...but my baby has gone and done what it's all been leading towards.
I'd say he is following those before him but truthfully he's making his own way and his own path.
Tony has signed out of the National Guard and on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, he swears in and heads to Fort Drum, NY. 10th Mountain
I want this to be the best send off and prayers and surrounded by all of you to not only show him support and brotherly love but also keep me sane lol.
Camp out, bonfire, games, music, dancing, ALL CHILDREN and families. Campers and tents welcome lol. Indoors and outdoor facilities as most know.
Smoked Brisket and Macaroni and Cheese
Pasta Salad, and much more. You know plenty of food and drink all day.
BYOB and feel free to camp out, stay over or somebody sober will make sure you get home lol.
I hope you all join me and his family for this farewell and morale.
Lastly, while presents are always appreciated (especially as he's getting most of what he needs up there)... they are not what this is about. Presence means so much to all of us.
I will have a card box and would LOVE you all to write some words, put some of your own funny and/or meaningful pics and memories in an envelope and seal it for him to go through in the days to come.
