My novel #LeavingFatherland is published on August 20th. This talk will be rather special as it is in a place well known by my mother, where my aunty went to school and close to Pingley POW Camp, where my Uncle Werner was an inmate after WW2. It would have been Werner’s 110th birthday the day after - September 28th. Also glad to help raise much-needed funds for Brigg Heritage Centre.
